How to make healthy Zobo drink

INGREDIENTS

Half mudu/Congo dried dark red Zobo leaves.

Little quantity fresh ginger 

One big Over ripe pineapple

Six large cucumbers

One big very ripe and red water melon.

sugar (Optional)

Flavours (Any of your choice

PROCEDURES

Rinse your Zobo leaves and pour in a pot.Add about 3 litres of water,peel and add your fresh ginger, add your pineapple peel and boil.After boiling,Sieve to separate the leaves. Leave your zobo juice to Cool at room temperature. Slice and blend your pineapple,cucumber and water melon (Please do this separately). Use a sieve to separate the chaff from the juice,you can also use a juicer if you have one. Pour all your extracted juices in your zobo and stir. You can add your flavour and sugar. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
