Banana and Avocado

Banana and Avocado are full of yummy vitamins suitable for a months old babies. This is a simple and time friendly recipe for mum and  easy to digest for babies.

Recipe:
Half a banana
Half an avocado

Direction:
Scoop out avocado and mash with a fork. Chop half a medium banana and puree in a blender. Mix equal portions of the banana and avocado, To be served immediately.
